Your first payment whether monthly or in full, includes a non refundable £200 deposit.
By signing up to a payment plan you agree to honour remaining payments until the full balance is paid, in accordance with the monthly schedule - any future payments will be automatically collected from your chosen payment method.
You may cancel the booking at any time before the retreat has begun on 24th September. All cancellations must be made in writing via email. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
Cancellation received more than 60 days prior to arrival: No refund of £200 deposit
Cancellation received 31-60 days before arrival: 50% of total amount due is payable
Cancellation received less than 31 days before arrival: 100% of total amount due is payable
In the unlikely event that Casa Torreta Blanca or Emma Clayton need to cancel a booking, a full refund will be given for any money paid to them up to the date of cancellation. No responsibility can be taken for travel booked or any other costs incurred.
